Table Pickle (500g): Use as an appetiser, in salads or as a side. Dice to add a briney crunch to hot dogs, sandwiches & burgers. The ingredients are carrot, cauliflower, fennel capsicum, celery, tomato, chili, brine & spices.

Jerk Beans (500g): The sweet and tangy brine is rounded out with thyme, garlic, allspice & black peppercorns, followed up with a massive spike of habanero chilies. Jerk Beans are perfect straight out of the jar with a glass of your favourite ale. But we also love them in a grilled cuban sandwich or as a side to BBQ meats. They add a fiery kick to a Bloody Mary!

Pickled Pineapple (500g): Dice and add to salsas, tostados & tacos. Drop some tang on Hawaiian pizzas.
